A general labor position at Trim Lok would involve performing a variety of manual tasks in a manufacturing setting, including loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, assembling components, quality checking products, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting in production lines, all while following safety procedures and adhering to production quotas set by the company, with a focus on maintaining the quality standards of Trim Lok's products. 

Key responsibilities may include:

• Material Handling:
  Loading and unloading raw materials from trucks, stacking materials in designated areas, transporting materials within the facility using forklifts or hand pallet jacks where applicable.
• Assembly:
  Performing basic assembly tasks on Trim Lok products, including attaching components, applying adhesives, and using hand tools to secure parts.
• Quality Control:
  Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Machine Operation:
  Operating basic machinery such as cutting machines, banding machines, or other production equipment under supervision.
• Clean Up:
  Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and wiping down machinery.
• Packaging:
  Packaging finished products according to company specifications, labeling items accurately, and preparing them for shipment.

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
