We are seeking an experienced Accountant for a Delano Client!
The Senior Accountant manages and performs day to day accounting and monthly financial reporting and helps implement accounting policies, processes and procedures.
Pay: $72,000-$90,000 annually
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Job Duties:
Responsible for managing operations data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Assists in month-end closings, including analysis and reconciliation.
Supervise and review preparation of intercompany reconciliations
Supervise and review preparation of daily bank reconciliations
Supervise and review monthly accruals and amortizations
Prepare monthly financial reporting package
Participate as needed in financial audits with Controller and CFO.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience.
Working knowledge of balance sheets and income statements with proven analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Fundamental understanding of GAAP. Knowledge and understanding of office policies and procedures.
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Excel.
