Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Aurora, CO 
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm; weekends as needed

Summary:

• Will create weekly production schedule based on material constraints and machinery availability. 
• Ensure all employees are working safely, have all required PPE, and eliminate any reported hazards.
• Track materials by monitoring inventory levels. All packaging raw materials are tracked to avoid shortage and production delays. 
• Review work orders
• Liaise between departments and act as central communication link.

Required Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in manufacturing coordination, ideally within packaging, commercial printing, or related assembly environments.
• Hands on experience using ERP/MRP software such as SAGE, alongside advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with packaging and printing methods.
