Job Summary:
The General Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support the operations of the company. This includes assisting with production, loading and unloading materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and following safety procedures. The role requires a reliable and physically capable individual to help maintain an efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly, production, or packaging of materials or products.
• Load and unload materials and products from delivery trucks.
• Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including moving or organizing stock.
• Help with maintenance and minor repairs of tools and equipment as needed.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support other departments or teams as needed to meet company goals.
