Pay rate: $19.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (30 min lunch)

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack products for shipping; fulfill outbound orders accurately.
- Receive inbound shipments properly and handle logistics.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the warehouse.
- Develop and conduct cycle counting initiatives.
- Process returns, inspect, document, and restock items per company policy.
- Execute daily restocking via two-bin system and ensure accurate labeling and tagging.
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse and support freight logistics.
- Support other teams as needed, suggesting improvements to efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in process optimization.
- Proficient with power and hand tools.
- Strong commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
