Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spring Machine Operator to set up, operate, and monitor spring manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, be mechanically inclined, and be committed to producing high-quality products while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate spring coiling and forming machines.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to meet product requirements.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating spring manufacturing, wire forming, CNC, or similar production machinery preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Perform repetitive hand movements.
• Bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with spring coiling, wire forming, or CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
