Job Summary – Bulk Picker (11:30pm -8am) 3rd shift 
The Bulk Picker plays a critical role in supporting warehouse and distribution operations by accurately selecting, staging, and preparing bulk product orders for vending routes and customer deliveries. This position is responsible for handling large-quantity inventory, ensuring correct product counts, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety. The Bulk Picker works closely with warehouse leads, drivers, and inventory teams to ensure products are ready for timely distribution and that daily operational goals are met.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, follow pick tickets or RF scanning systems, and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. The Bulk Picker is expected to safely lift, move, and stack cases of product, organize pallets, and stage completed orders in designated areas. Maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area is essential, as well as following all company policies and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy and productivity are key to success in this role. Prior warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Flexibility with scheduling, willingness to work overtime when needed, and the ability to meet physical demands are important for maintaining efficient operations.
