Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay rate: $16.00/hr.
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
- Detail-oriented and efficient warehouse worker
- Inspect inventory prior to sorting
- Sort and categorize incoming inventory, including identifying items by type, size and other criteria
- Assist in coordination of warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment
- Load and unload shipments including operating warehouse equipment such as tilter, shredder and forklift
- Use of hand tools including but limited to screwdrivers, hammers, and battery-operated tools
- Attend required in-house training classes
- Assist with yearly audits as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail enabling accurate sorting and categorization of material
- Adhere to all safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Maintain a safe environment, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, tools and work area
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Perform other duties as assigned
