Partners Personnel is seeking a Test Technician. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing various tests on products, components, and systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. This position offers hands-on work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Title: Test Technician
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $24/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing on products.
- Set up and operate test equipment, instruments, and software tools.
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues based on test results.
- Document findings and communication with engineers and quality teams.
- Assist with root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment for optimal accuracy.
- Follow all safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Support continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Education: Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in a testing or quality control role, ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Familiarity with data acquisition and logging software.
- Knowledge of ISO, ANSI, or similar standards.
- Background in R&D, production, or quality assurance environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with test instruments and software tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment, stand for extended periods, and work in a lab or manufacturing setting.
