Material Handler team reporting to the Material Handler Supervisor, the Material Handler position will play an important role in ensuring components and mixes are staged timely, safely, and accurately for use in the fill room. His/her job duties will include staging orders, accurately weighing mixes, returning and counting inventory and moving pallets of finished product to staging areas for transport to 1690 Race Street Distribution Center. He/she will utilize scanners to ensure physical transactions are entered as system transactions properly into ERP system

• Safely loads and/or unloads trailers

• Moves finished product from production to warehouse areas

• Manages the storage and movement of items that may include components, raw materials, mixes, and finished product

• Completes cycle counts and on-demand physicals

• Adheres to all FDA-mandated requirements during the shipping and receiving processes

• Accurately fills customer/job order pick lists

• Transfer of materials in facility utilizing handheld scanners

• Assists in identifying gaps in processes to help in the improvement of efficiencies

• Effectively communicates with production personnel regarding concerns with materials

• Follows supervisor/manager directions

• Demonstrates dependability and reliability by maintaining good attendance

• Follows all Company safety rules/procedures, and abides by all Company policies
