Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Allentown, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Job Summary:
A manufacturing company in Allentown, PA is seeking a highly experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join our team. This position requires strong stand-up reach and sit-down forklift experience, excellent attendance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and receiving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform receiving duties, including unloading shipments and verifying incoming materials
• Move, stack, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Break down and wrap pallets as needed
• Assist with inventory control and product verification
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Take initiative to find productive work during slow periods

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years stand-up reach experience
• Minimum of 3 years sit-down forklift experience
  (6 years total forklift experience required)
• Previous receiving department experience required
• Punctual with excellent attendance record
• Strong sense of urgency with a “get it done” attitude
• Personable and works well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and maintain great attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
