Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping hardware products. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a strong work ethic to maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage

• Stock products in the correct warehouse locations

• Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits

• Prepare shipping labels and documentation using ERP or shipping software

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling hardware products

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and barcode scanners

• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads and customer service teams

• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned
